Harold Walker occupied Block No. 366 at Chipping Norton Soldier Settlement. He applied for his advance in March 1920 and it appears to have been approved around that date. Walker left the block in early May 1923 and it was left in the care of Carter W. Vass. The provisional allotment of the block was formerly transferred to Vass early January 1924 subject to Vass accepting responsibility for the remainder of Walker’s Advance and interest repayments.
Walker applied for medical benefits and a war pension sometime around July 1930.
