The block was in the County of Northumberland, Parish of Kincumber, Land District of Gosford. It was Lot 107, a Crown Grant on the New Terrigal Road, near Gosford. [1]
His property was inspected around the first week in July. His report was favourable as ‘clearing on ½ acre had been undertaken’ – payment of £15 to the person doing the work was approved. [2]
On 2 October 1923, he wrote to the District Surveyor, requesting information so that he could pay off his loan.[3]
He had paid off his loan by January 1924.
